Illustgrow was founded in May 2023 by Blerand, driven by a vision to build a modern, strategy-focused design studio that blends creativity with clarity. What started as a one-person project quickly evolved — and a few months later, Gresa joined the team, strengthening the studio with her strong eye for aesthetics and visual direction. Since then, Illustgrow has collaborated with clients across the USA, Germany, France, the UK, Denmark, Kosovo, and beyond, delivering brand identities, visual systems, digital design, and high-quality creative assets. While our core expertise is branding and identity design, Illustgrow is also known for creating functional, easy-to-use design templates. These templates help designers, agencies, marketing teams, and freelancers work faster, more professionally, and with a stronger visual foundation — reducing production time and elevating project quality. Today, Illustgrow operates as a focused two-person studio, led by Blerand and Gresa, and also collaborates with additional designers and developers on selected projects such as websites, product design, and extended brand systems.
